Dear Todd:

We would like to try and convey to you our appreciation and admiration for the all encompassing efforts of you and your employees in making our experience of building a dream home in New Jersey a perfect reality.

We have built seven homes in our 36 years of marriage and this last home construction has, by far, been the most effortless and thoroughly enjoyable project ever. From the very start, when Todd accompanied us to the architect's office to choose a plan, things went smoothly. We had no worries when it came to the permitting process or dealing with the code officials. Countless hours were put in by Todd to ensure our home sat at the proper elevation to give us the setting we desired.

Building a home on the New Jersey shore while living in Lancaster, Pa, we were a little apprehensive of staying on top of things; again there were no worries to be had and no surprises to deal with. Todd was in constant communication with us on the slightest detail and gave us immediate updates sometimes several times a day.

Todd and company have shown that they have the gifted talent to turn a one dimensional drawing into a beautiful work of art in the form of a three dimensional home. The quality of workmanship is superb; the attention to detail is comparable to none. Our home may not be the largest but we have been told by many that it is by far the nicest home in Pebble Beach, thanks to Todd Leatherman.

Thank you, Todd for making our dream home a reality and for meeting our expectations 110%. We will always look upon our experience working with you as a time of great production, total satisfaction and an end result we are extremely proud of.

As you know we previously had two homes built by production builders, only to be dissatisfied with the quality of construction and professionalism of their employees.
